Reporting Rates

We provide monthly reporting rates statistics towards informing the recency of data in the warehouse.

The Ministry of Health (MOH) requires all facilities to upload de-identified data to the NDW at least once every month. Submitting timely, accurate and complete de-identified medical records for HIV patients to the NDW allows the Ministry of Health to monitor and appropriately guide coordinated HIV epidemic control efforts in Kenya.

It is therefore important for all EMR facilities to check the quality of data in the EMRs using the Data Warehouse Application Programming Interface (DWAPI) features and consistently upload it to the NDW to inform HIV epidemic control efforts in Kenya.
