SPOT

SPOT (Single point of truth) is the DWAPI upload verification site for DWH. Successful uploads are listed with the following variables;

MFL       : The health facility MFL Code

Facility  : The health facility name

County   : The health facility county

Partner : Service delivery supporting the health facility

Clients/Patients  : Number of Client/Patients submitted in the upload

Last Update Date : Latest Date the upload undertaken

Last Update Duration : Duration since the latest upload

EMR : EMR used to upload

 

Display of spot variables

 

SPOT is also used to display metrics collected from the EMR. The following are the metrics collected;

EMR Name         : This displays the name of the EMR that is currently installed in the facility.

EMR Version      : Displays the EMR version that is installed in the facility

Last Login date  : Displays the last date a user login in to the EMR in each facility

Last MoH 731 run date   : Displays the last date a MoH 731 was run in each facility

Last MPI Load   : Displays date of last MPI extract load

Last MPI sent     : Displays date of last MPI extract sent

Last HTS Load   : Displays date of last HTS extract load

Last HTS sent     : Displays date of last HTS extract sent

Last CT Load      : Displays date of last CT extract load

Last CT sent        : Displays date of last CT extract sent
