Follow this link; http://dwh.nascop.org/Account/ForgotPassword and follow the following steps;

• Click on forget password.
• Fill in your email address and click on reset.
• You’ll be prompted to answer some questions and submit.
• Afterwards you’ll receive an email with rest password credentials.

Ad-hoc section in the DWH provides utilities for query customization and generation of custom reports and datasets. The section allows one to get customized data for further analysis. There are pre-identified variables that one can select from.

SPOT is the single point of truth that showcases the uploads and metrics in real time. This is the first point of upload verification and facility upload status point.

For one to access the national data warehouse:

• Click user icon
• Select login tasks then login
• If you are not registered, proceed and click register now
• Incase you forget your password, click on reset password link to reset

For new users during creation of account:

• Specify the name, Organization, designation, Reason for Accessing, email address, phone number and the password. Remember to enter the CAPTCHA provided and click Submit.
• An email will be sent to the email specified. Check your email and verify the email address to continue.
• Once confirmed, another email will be sent to your Admin (Steward) to validate and grant you access.

Your Admin (steward) will validate your request and grant access.
