186 views 1 May 30, 2022

The Ministry of Health (MoH) initiated national Patient Verification exercise that targets all patients receiving healthcare services across all facilities in Kenya. To support this exercise, a raft of enhancements have been made on KenyaEMR and DWAPI Systems. Additional variables and validation functionalities have been added on KenyaEMR Registration module. Similarly, extra docket “Patient Verification Services” has been added in DWAPI to facilitate a one-time data dump from all EMR facilities in Kenya.  The following user guide provides a simplified walkthrough on how to perform Patient verification on KenyaEMR and data dump via DWAPI.
